Taman Desa Medical Centre (TDMC) is a multidisciplinary community specialist hospitaI and we have been providing healthcare service since 1997. TDMC is part of TDM Group of Hospitals. As we are expanding our business. we are looking for qualified talents for the following positions:
Resident Medical Officer (Doctor)
* Minimum MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution approved by Ministry of Health Malaysia.
* Possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
* Registered with Malaysia Medical Council.
* Experience in handling medical and surgical emergencies.
* Able to work shift hours.
Finance Manager
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in finance/Accountancy. Preferred, Professional qualification
* At least 3-years‘ experience in managerial level.
* Analyse financial reports of the hospital.
* Ensure all material transactions have been properly recognized as per Standard Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting Standards.
* Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the hospital.
* Lead Finance Department for year-end auditing for external/internal auditors.
Marketing Manager
* Degree in any business related studies - preferably Marketing
* At least 4 years of marketing experience in a Healthcare & Medical related industry.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
* Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
* Manage and implement internal and external marketing plans.
* Plan and manage financial budget to link to organization and marketing objectives.
* Strong communication and able to engage internal and external clients.
Technician
* Possess Certificate PW4/Diploma in electrical. electronic, mechanical, civil, and other related engineering qualification.
* Knowledge of hospital M&E system and planned preventive maintenance and
willing to multi-task.
* Minimum 1-2 years working experience in building maintenance preferably in a
hospital environment.
* Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (eg. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (til/AC). plumbing, etc.)
