Materials Management Manager
Educational Requirements and Experience
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management. Logistics and Business Administration
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant field and Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply would be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a supervisory position within a medical environment or general
management experience within a hospital
- Proven experience in leadership & Managerial role
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating, planning, directing the procurement of buying consumables, equipment, drugs and services follow by goods received.
- To advice on the evaluation reports for recommendation of award of purchase order prior to Tender and Purchasing Quotation Committee approval.
- Monitoring and reviewing of CAPEX and OPEX budget to ensure all purchases are utilized within department’s budget before the procurement.
- To prepare the yearly MMD's business plan follow by the budget monitoring to ensure expenditures are properly utilized.
- To analyze the current demand and pass utilization rate for any purchase request in order to project for future
materials availability for costs saving purposes and to avoid wastage i.e. expire items.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis and bench marking assets, manage and mitigate risks.
Human Resource Manager
Educational Requirements and Experience
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant field and Member of the Chartered of Personnel and Development would be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a supervisory position within a medical environment or general management experience within a hospital
- Proven experience in leadership & Managerial role
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- To develop and implement human resource policies, procedures and systems in line with corporate objectives, culture and values and to ensure that these policies and procedures are communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
- To oversee, execute and monitor implementation of all aspects of compensation and benefits for employees.
- To administer the manpower and succession planning programs to ensure that manpower requirements of the company are fulfilled on a timely basis for continuity of business operations.
- To ensure the effective handling of grievance and disciplinary issues and to provide advice to the Management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations matters.
- To administer and supervise the performance management exercise and to develop and implement a fair reward system emphasizing productivity. teamwork and cohesiveness.
- To prepare the human resource budget and to operate within the forecasted budget as far as practicable through monitoring of expenses and implementing cost reduction strategies where possible/appropriate.
Marketing Manager
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor in Marketing
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant field and Member of the Chartered of Marketing would be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a supervisory position within a medical environment or general management experience within a hospital
- Proven experience in leadership & Managerial role
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives. market characteristics. and cost and markup factors.
- Formulate. direct and coordinate marketing characteristics. and cost and markup factors.
- Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows. working with developers. advertisers and production managers. to market products and services.
- Report to Senior Management and provide decision support
- To develop and implement the Brand Strategy and ensuring that Brand Guidelines are adhered to all marketing activities in the company.
