QA Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the quality system which has been established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001 and update the system accordingly to revised ISO standards
- Coordinate, certify and maintain the hospital’s Accreditation Programme with MSQH
- Ensure all Quality System Documents such as Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and External Documents are under control
- Liaise with SIRIM and MSQH to ensure external auditing is carried out smoothly to maintain ISO and MSQH Certifications
- Act as a resource personnel for quality issues such as in documentation, implementation, auditing non-conformity issuance, corrective and preventive issuance, etc.
- Assist and support all departments in statistical techniques for individual departmental monitoring of Quality Indicators
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing/Healthcare/Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in a hospital environment
- Well-versed in ISO 9001 requirements and MSQH
- Must be absolutely accurate, discreet and conscientious in executing all duties
- Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications
